Direct Hire Controller Bonney Staffing inc., is seeking a Direct Hire Controller in the Auburn/Lewiston area. This position would entail a few rolls such as, Human Resources, where you would ensure that employees are paid timely and accurately, that all payroll tax and benefit liabilities are accounted for, that the company is compliant with all employment laws and company policies,etc. The other roll you would take on is Bookkeeping/Finance. In this roll you would be in control of all financial transactions including, posting information to accounting journals or accounting software for invoices to customers, cash receipts, and supplier invoices. The bookkeeper also reconciles accounts to ensure their accuracy. Financial responsibilities would include, forecasting and planning are completed timely and accurately, make sure cash management policies are documented and adhered to, ensure that all billings are made timely and accurately and that credits due to data entry errors are kept to a minimum and ensure that all balance sheet accounts are reconciled. The ideal employee for this position would be someone with an accounting or finance degree and 3+ years of relevant experience.
