About the Opportunity: The Senior Manager, Client Services oversees program development and program budgets, as well as ensures that experiential marketing campaigns for clients are planned, executed and managed to meet defined client objectives and engage targeted consumers in brand experience. The Senior Manager partners with internal departments and clients, and guides teams to identify and implement program adjustments to optimize program results in a fast pace environment. Oversee the development of the marketing plan to ensure creative elements, staffing levels, training material development and implementation, budgetary constraints, and timelines will be met You are a strong communicator. Produce and distribute client correspondence to ensure effective status reporting, complete recaps of conference calls, and details of action items are communicated to all necessary parties You are engaged. Manage program execution to ensure quality of design elements, event setup, field staff performance and reporting are effectively managed and communicated You are insightful. Manage program challenges including, developing program adjustments, obtaining client approvals and managing client expectations You are strategic. Create, review, analyze and manage program/department budgets and assist the development of budget reports for presentation to key client representatives and Pierce senior management You are tech savvy. Manage all Pierce internal systems (Pierce Connect, Field Staff Reporting, etc.) You are hands on. Perform field status checks via telephone, fax, or on-site You are a proponent of growth. Work with senior management to generate new business opportunities with existing and new clients to contribute to agency business development You are a coach . Manage program/ field team performance by establishing clear expectations and goals, monitoring performance and providing feedback and coaching to enhance performance You are collaborative.
