Crossroads, a premier addiction and behavioral health treatment center that has been providing addiction and behavioral health treatment for over 40 years is seeking a full-time nurse to work in our Children and Mother’s program in Windham. This position serves as a medical liaison with clinical staff and works as part of the multidisciplinary team. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to completing all medical assessments of clients upon admission, coordinate treatment with clients primary care doctors, facilitate medical education groups for clients around addiction, maintain all required documentation according to policies and procedures, monitors and assures the proper administration, documentation and storage of medication. Candidates will possess a strong sense of professionalism, demonstrate strong clinical insight and organizational skills and are able to work within an electronic health record. Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in addiction or co-occurring treatment. BSN degree, LPN licensure required.
