Job Summary: The Medical Receptionist position in Brunswick is responsible for greeting patients, answering the phone, scheduling appointments via phone and in person, scanning patient information and data entry. This is a full time, first shift position and the schedule is 7:15-6:15pm Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. You will be indexing, emailing, as well as using and data entering into the proprietary software. You will be using Microsoft Outlook and Excel. This is a busy office that requires full participation from all of its staff. That means you will be actively communicating with the doctor to keep them on schedule. It will be important to have confidence and great communication skills. You must have the willingness and desire to provide excellent customer service and have the initiative to learn about your patients. You will, also, need to be comfortable with WORD, Outlook and have familiarity with Excel. If you have an interest in learning more about the Chiropractic world and would like to obtain more administrative experience, or just use your current skills, then this may be the job for you! What We Need From You: Strong accuracy and efficiency skills Ability to multi-task effectively Excellent communication and customer service skills Computer literacy WORD, Outlook and Excel Needs to be well versed with computers and a quick learner.
