Support faculty in their advising role. Make advisor assignments and reassignments. Develop and disseminate advising tools and conduct advisor training. Serve as the liaison to identified academic program(s). Assist in the development and delivery of program specific outreach and success initiatives.   C.   Admissions & Recruitment With direction from the Dean of Admission, ensure the implementation of on- and off-campus events, programs, receptions, information sessions, and activities to recruit and/or acclimate new students. Work directly with the Admissions Staff Associate on program and event execution. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal departments and external organizations, such as regional high schools and agencies, community colleges, and community advocacy groups. Oversee admissions application processing that includes, but is not limited to, credential uploads into document management system, missing application item(s) notifications, and application review.
