Our B2B communications management company is seeking a print graphic production designer with a versatile skill set, including customer service and project management experience. Candidate must possess the ability to adapt design styles to suit a wide range of our clients’ industries—from manufacturing to aeronautics to health care and finance. Projects include prepress for logos, labels, print advertising, sell sheets, brochures, digital banner ads, billboards, business cards, catalogs, envelopes, letterhead, etc. Must have: A well-trained eye for composition, color, fonts, and aesthetic styles Passion for proofing, pre-pressing and packaging files for print Sophisticated mastery of the Creative Cloud Suite of design software as well as Prezi, PowerPoint and client presentation software packages. High level knowledge of print production, manufacturing and quality assurance Experience in a customer service representative role and/or service-oriented position Ability to working at a deadline-driven pace in a busy production environment Confidence and self-starter work ethic to set priorities, manage deadlines, liaise with multiple stakeholders in a daily extremely fast-paced changing environment Extremely high standards for work quality, from idea to execution and follow up with stakeholders Ability to take creative direction from multiple sources (in-house, client and remote) Comfort level with clients and prospects from the C-suite to the factory   Key Responsibilities: Edit, proof and pre-press print and digital branded collateral for corporate, B2B, and large nonprofit clients in multiple verticals and design styles Collaborate with other members of marketing and advertising team to execute clients’ branded materials  Input and job management within multiple ERP systems Deliver press-ready high-end files in a fast paced environment      Job Requirements Knowledge & Skills: Print production and graphic design Solid grasp of graphic design fundamentals In-depth Adobe Creative Suite knowledge Solid communication skills Experience with web ERP systems desirable   Performance Competencies: Displays a passion for the work and a drive to improve preproduction process where possible Comfortable prioritizing jobs as required, and able to handle an extremely high-paced environment Organized, with the ability to handle multiple jobs simultaneously Adaptable, solution-oriented, team player  Excellent oral and written communication skills  Ability to translate direction from Art Director through to final press ready production files   Education Requirements Education, Experience & Training Required: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience as a designer for print A portfolio of design Salary based upon experience and qualifications Benefits available-Medical & Life Insurance, 401k, Vacation
