Caring Connections is a cooperative program of the Bangor Region YMCA and Eastern Maine Medical Center. We provide outreach, education, advocacy and support, as well as access to quality breast and cervical health services. Our primary goal is to improve the physical and emotional health/wellness of individuals in Eastern Maine.
