Since its founding more than 30 years ago, National Health Care Associates (NHCA) has grown into a post-acute network of 40 skilled nursing and assisted living centers located throughout Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York and Vermont.
NHCA’s team of more than 7,000 employees cares for nearly 5,000 patients and residents. The Passport Rehabilitation Program specializes in short-term rehabilitation and post-hospital care in areas including orthopedic, cardiovascular, neurological, and post-surgical recovery and rehabilitation.
Each of NHCA’s centers offers an array of physical, occupational and speech therapies.
