Job Description

Saint Joseph’s Rehabilitation and Residence is seeking to employ a qualified, dedicated and compassionate CNA for the Skilled/Rehab unit.  This is a great opportunity to work three shifts a week for 36 hours from  (7PM-7:30AM).   If you’re an individual with a strong work ethic, great dependability and the passion to help others, we’d like to speak with you! This is a full-time position and includes working every other weekend. Saint Joseph’s prefers candidates to be flexible with training schedules.

As a CNA you will be responsible for providing routine nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures under the supervision of a licensed Nurse. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; assisting residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, transferring, etc.), obtaining vital signs, charting and other duties as assigned. The 121 bed facility includes Skilled Rehab care, Long Term care and Alzheimer’s and Dementia care. Candidates must be certified through the state of Maine CNA registry and previous experience is preferred.
