Looking for a Dispatch/Call Center Worker!
We are looking for a customer service oriented employee who is good under pressure for a second/third shift position. Call center experience is preferred but not required.
This role begins training with Bel-tone Answering Service. After satisfactory completion of training, position will then include alarm operations training. Employees will monitor and dispatch on may types of alarms – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Operators also handle calls for a busy, well-known answering service. Initial training is on first shift.
The Schedule is 2PM to 11PM for second shift and 3rd shift is 11P-7A. We are looking for people flexible to take on both shifts on any day including weekends.
