Foster's a Maine-based and local convenience store company is looking for a high-energy leader to join our Ellsworth management team. In a fast-paced, learning environment the successful candidate will learn all aspects of convenience store management. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: training in all aspects of customer service and ensuring service standards exceed customer expectations while achieving sales and margin targets. This position will also be trained in all aspects of staff management, recruitment, and associate training and will supervise employees to include management personnel.

The successful candidate will be trained for all aspects of safety and security, cash control, and preparation and maintenance of company operating records.

Requirements
Convenience store or retail experiences a plus. Successful candidates must be able to work in a fast pace environment, possess outstanding customer service skills, and be a great team player.

Education
