Administrative Assistant (Reception and Application Processing)
A unique local client is in need of an administrative assistant! This position will require the candidate to spend time in both the Lewiston and Hallowell offices during the span of the work week. Duties will include meeting and greeting, answering phones, updating files, reviewing residential applications, and answering questions regarding any step the residential process. The position will also be receiving maintenance requests and sending them to the maintenance department. The candidate must have a great administrative and organizational skill set and maintain a friendly, outgoing and positive demeanor!
