Duties of a qualified Administrative Assistant Include but are not limited to:

  • Answering phones, scheduling client appointments
  • Responsible for timely reporting of client accounts
  • Assist Advisor in day to day functions of the office such as opening and closing
  • Research, investigate and solve simple to complex client inquiries

The ideal candidate will have proven success in the customer service field as well as experience in the financial industry. The candidate in question will be driven, goal oriented and have a strong attention to detail. Salary will be based on a combination of work experience and education. We are seeking a candidate able to comply with the following criteria:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience
  • A strong understanding of Windows Based applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint Etc.

Physical Demands:

  • General office environment/general office equipment
  • Moderate reaching, walking, sitting and standing required
