Job Description

Bonney Staffing is hiring a Finance Clerk for a medical facility in the Bangor area. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position.

Responsibilities and Duties for the Finance Clerk

  • Posting and reconciling remittance advices
  • Posting cash, checks and credit cards
  • Analyzing credit balances
  • Posting and closing the 835 or paper remittance advices
  • Reconciling the EFT/ERA files
  • Qualifications for the Finance Clerk
  • Analysis and critical thinking skills
  • Knowledge of coding and medical terminology preferred
  • Ability to develop and maintain system expertise in one Revenue Cycle System
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously
