Seeking Part Time Finance Assistant in Topsham! Morning hours Monday-Friday. Finance Assistant responsibilities would include: - Retrieving and entering daily banking transactions - Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions - Record accounts payable - Create and process invoices and follow up with as needed - Data base maintenance Requirements - Work experience as a Finance Assistant, Finance Officer or similar role - Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures - Advanced MS Excel skills are essential - Familiarity with QuickBooks is essential - Organizational and time-management skills - Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors - College graduate
