Job Description

Crossroads, a highly respected nonprofit addiction and behavioral health treatment provider is seeking a candidate to provide direct support service to clients in our Children and Mothers Program in Windham. This program provides treatment for pregnant and parenting women, and often children live in the program with their mothers, The position is responsible for implementing agency protocols to maintain a healthy, safe and supportive environment for the clients. The ideal candidate for this entry level position has a positive attitude, an ability to handle a fast-paced environment and an interest in helping women in recovery reach their full potential as women and as mothers. Opportunities for growth (certification) exist for the candidate who is interested in learning more about addiction treatment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED

  • valid Maine drivers license

  •  CPR/FA

  • Duties may involve contact with residents who may be under the influence of drugs or alcohol
