Job Description

EnviroLogix is seeking an experienced Marketing Leader to own, plan, and execute strategic marketing plans through market insights, brand positioning & management, lead generation strategies, and campaigns across all channels (digital, web, social and print). The Leader will participate in setting the vision and the strategy to achieve these results while driving discipline through the commercialization process and utilizing the company’s operating system principles and tools.

Qualified candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree and a have a minimum of 7-10 years of product development and marketing experience; experience in the biotechnology, consumable diagnostics or related field is preferred. The Marketing Leader will:

  • Develop thought leadership and leverage team to drive leads and brand positioning, and optimize business opportunities
  • Proactively manage, prepare, and execute long-term strategic and annual marketing plans
  • Leverage data and results to develop business cases to ensure new product initiatives are appropriately identified, justified, and prioritized by translating deep understanding of customer needs into a balanced pipeline strategy in collaboration with R&D
  • Utilize creative problem-solving techniques and analytical skill to lead and execute programs
  • Drive process creation and continuous improvement for key marketing activities
