Job Summary:

The Nonprofit Administrative Specialist in Orono is responsible for the administrative duties of a nonprofit office. This is a full time Monday – Friday position that could become permanent for the right candidate. You will provide administrative support to several department officers. You will answer the telephone and greet all visitors. If you are a motivated individual with a personable demeanor this may be the job for you!


What We Need From You:

● 2 Years of administrative experience or High School Diploma / G.E.D. or combination required
● Friendly and personable customer service skills
● Ability to operate a computer
● Experience with Microsoft Office applications
● Time management and multitasking skills
