A well-known and reputable Law Firm in Portland is seeking Administrative Assistance to support their Business Manager. Duties will include special projects, data entry, and research as well as cross-training on a variety of functions.

Job Summary:


The Business Manager Assistant position in Portland is responsible for completing administrative duties to help alleviate the workload of the Business Manager. This is a full time, temp to hire position with Standard Business Hours. You will utilize your sense of urgency and attention to detail in order to get projects and tasks done efficiently with quality in mind. You will be a part of a cohesive team that works to better the community with the service they offer. If you find helping others intrinsically gratifying, this may be the job for you!


What We Need From You:

0-2 Years of experience


Type at least 40 WPM


Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment


Experience with Microsoft Office products
