Job Summary:


The Accounting Office Receptionist position in Brunswick is responsible for the intake of orders from clients, answering the phone and interacting with clients. This is a part time to full time, first shift position and the schedule is based on need. You will be greeting all clients, interacting via email and phone, as well as working with the CPA’s themselves. It will be important to have confidence, the willingness and desire to provide excellent customer service and to be comfortable with WORD, Outlook and some familiarity with Quickbooks is desired, but not required. If you have an interest in learning more about the accounting world and would like to obtain more administrative experience this may be the job for you!
