Job Summary:


The Accounts Payable Specialist position in Topsham is responsible for the intake and delivery of all grades of fuel to all markets and the balancing of funds in and out for these deliveries. This is a full time, first shift position and the schedule is 8-4:30 or 5 depending on length of lunch break. You will maintain all records and balancing the intake and payout of funds for fuel deliveries for all locations. It will be important to have EXCELLENT attention to detail since the smallest error can be very costly. Must be expert in Quickbooks and Excel and these are required. Proficiency testing may requested by client for resume to be submitted. If you have the focus and skill level this may be the job for you!
