Job Summary:

The Maintenance Manager position in Auburn is responsible for managing both personnel and the logistics of the maintenance department. You will determine long term and short term plant needs, and the troubleshooting and resolving of manufacturing, maintenance, financial and personnel issues. This is a full-time first shift position with a rotating schedule, 4 days on, 4 days off, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. You will provide leadership and guidance to all employees, and plan and execute maintenance on a daily basis.  You will also prepare and submit budgets, hire new employees, and appraise their performance. You’ll help provide preventative, reactive and future Plant maintenance You will ensure implementation and enforcement all Plant policies, procedures, State and Federal laws and regulations.
