Job Summary:

The Supervisor position in Auburn is responsible for, in conjunction with the Department Manager, overall production, general knowledge of budget, and management of employees. You will have general knowledge of the jobs in Maintenance including mechanical, electrical, pipefitting, and welding. This is a full-time first shift position, rotating 4 days on, 4 days off, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. You will provide and document fair and objective evaluations of employees. You will assume the duties of the Department manager in their absence. You’ll help ensure assignments are made and completed accurately. What We Need From You:

  • Ability to work in a safe manner to help ensure a safe work environment for herself/himself and co-workers
  • Take a leadership role in training and safety
  • Must be trained in Process safety Management (PSM)
  • Will be required to use tools (i.e. Power tools and associated equipment, knives, gauges, meters, measuring tapes, hammers, etc.)
  • Must work in tandem with co-workers in a leadership position
  • Must be willing to be trained to work in other areas based on the needs of the Manager and Company
  • May have to drive an industrial powered vehicle
  • Is expected to work in a safe manner to help ensure a safe work environment for herself/himself and co-workers
