Job Summary:

The Dispatcher position in Auburn is responsible for effectively maintaining work schedules for service representatives according to the schedule. This includes dispatching the service reps according to the schedule as well as receiving customer calls and adjusting the schedule as required.  You will also be responsible for record keeping, coordinating and tracking equipment use, providing effective and efficient work schedules, and other additional responsibilities. This is a full time first shift position. You will provide logistical support to the field to assure maximum output per labor-hour and qualifying every request to establish ideal response time. You will establish and maintain positive working relationships with coworkers, customers, and vendors. You’ll help take the correct action to ensure quick and efficient resolution of customer problems by determining and dispatching the appropriate service rep. What We Need From You:

  • Ability to dispatch effectively, matching technician skill level with each problem while maintaining cost effectiveness
  • Customer and internal relations skills
  • Experience with Linc software preferred
