Job Summary:

The Receptionist position in Brunswick is responsible for answering phones, filing, cleaning office area during busy times, being helpful with people and their needs. This is a part time, first shift position and the schedule is 8:30am-5pm 2 days a week. You will be greeting all patients, interacting via email and phone, entering in patient information and additional office duties It will be important to have confidence, the willingness and desire to provide excellent customer service and work well within a team. If you have an interest in learning more hearing and optical world and would like to obtain more administrative experience this may be the job for you!

What We Need From You:

    • Strong accuracy and efficiency skills

    • Ability to multi-task effectively

    • Excellent communication and customer service skills

    • Computer literacy

    • Basic knowledge of QuickBooks desired, but not required
