Job Summary:

The Office Assistant position in Brunswick is responsible for answering phones, greeting people, creating handouts/brochures, scheduling, mailing, maintaining Church website, and producing Church publications. This is a part time, first shift position. You will be working with the website so must be tech savvy and familiar with Adobe or Publisher. It will be important to have confidence, the willingness and desire to provide excellent customer service and to be comfortable with a faith based work environment with children in the building. If you have an interest working with the public, and a desire to help others this may be the job for you.

What We Need From You:

    • Strong accuracy and efficiency skills

    • Ability to multi-task effectively

    • Excellent communication and customer service skills

    • Computer literacy

    • Adobe and Publisher

    • Basic knowledge of QuickBooks preferred
