Job Summary:

The Scheduling Assistant position in South Portland is calling for the right candidate with strong computer skills and customer service skills to handle inbound calls to the scheduling department and handle the setting up of appointments for all visitors. You will be in charge of preparing incoming faxes, handling referrals, registering new patients into the company’s system, among other duties.

What We Need From You:


High School or GED equivalent


Previous medical office experience a plus

Flexibility to meet changing demands on a daily basis
