Job Summary:


The Inside Sales & Administrative Assistant position in South Portland is looking for the right candidate who is a natural seller with a mindset for marketing and ready to take on an administrative role. You will be in charge of completing submission forms, maintaining internal databases, running customer reports, and performing all other duties assigned by the Sales & Marketing Administrative manager. You will also create, collate, and distribute various reports to the sales managers and field representatives. This is a full time, first shift, temp to hire position.

What We Need From You:


High School Diploma/GED


3 years relevant experience/college degree preferred


Able to work in a fast paced, always changing environment


Should have a good sense of anticipating the needs of others


Requires strong organizational and analytical skills, as well as problem-solving capability


Advanced knowledge of Excel required; ability to look up Pivot details
