Our customer is currently seeking an individual to join their organization and perform the following job functions:
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls with both existing customers and prospective customers
• Assist customers by recommending appropriate products/services utilizing effective communication and telephone sales skills
• *Training on products, services, and industry-specific computer applications will be provided.

The Customer Relationship Specialist position in Scarborough is responsible for taking calls from new or existing customers who are calling in to place orders, and discussing products & services offered. This is a Full Time position that offers Standard Business hours, Monday through Friday. You will have the opportunity to up-sell products and get commission based on that. You will contribute to one of Maine’s long-standing and well-respected energy services provider. You’ll help Maine residents find the services that work best for them and their needs. What We Need From You:
Service Oriented mindset
High School Graduate
Type at least 40 WPM
Ability to utilize an array of computer programs in the span of one phone call
Willingness to learn
Experience with dual monitors helpful
Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
