The Finance Clerk in Pittsfield is responsible for processing and maintaining utility accounts. This is a full time position that could become permanent for the right candidate. You will provide assistance with coding invoices and purchase orders. You will process payroll. You’ll assist visitors as they arrive with any inquiries or complaints. You’ll assist with preparing notices, liens and reminders on delinquent taxes. You will process documents for birth certificates, marriage license and death certificates. You will be tasked with additional duties as assigned. If you have experience in a municipal office this may be the job for you!
