Job Summary:

The Patient Services Representative in Ellsworth is responsible for the general reception duties in a medical office. This is a temporary part time position with around 24 hours per week.  You will answer incoming calls and direct as needed. You will be using computer systems to check in patients and schedule appointments. You will process copays, hospital charges, and insurance referrals. You will prepare patient’s medical charts and tasked with additional office duties as assigned. If you have great multitasking and customer service skills this may be the job for you!



What We Need From You:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1 year minimum of secretarial experience required, preferably in a medical setting
  • Medical office experience preferred
  • Effective communication skills both verbal and written
  • Friendly and knowledgeable customer service skills required
  • Ability to use and navigate computer
  • Comfortable working in a seated office environment
