Job Summary:

The Implementation Specialist position in Saco is responsible for software training, customer support, gathering pre-installation paperwork for the clients product. This is a full time, temp-to-hire, 1st shift position. You will provide customer assistance with support questions via phone and email regarding Cirrus Systems’ hardware and ScreenHub software, lead customer software training remotely via phone and webinar systems, and document with detail and clarity all customer interactions for future reference in training or support. You will work alongside our Sales and Tech Support teams to resolve issues and ensure our customers are set-up for success. You’ll help manage all aspects of client relationship, from inception to implementation to completion of sign installation, to ensure 100% client satisfaction, build customer loyalty and confidence by ensuring customer needs are met in a timely manner, and look for innovative ways to increase sales by providing feedback after the installation to the sales and product development teams. If you are self-motivated, personable, able to communicate effectively with customers, and proactively work in a fast-paced environment this may be the job for you!

What We Need From You:

  • Type at least 50 WPM
