Job Summary:

The Administrative Clerk in Bangor is responsible for general office and secretarial tasks for Accounts Receivable Manager and the Billing Department. This is a full time, 1st shift position. You will handle internal and external mail and greet visitors in a prompt, courteous and helpful manner. You will sort and match secondary EOBs and mail to appropriate insurance company, process Maine Care secondary claims and perform all other job duties assigned by management. If you have excellent interpersonal skills, multi-tasking skills and are proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel this could be the job for you!

What We Need From You:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Some medical office billing and collection experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience in a large medical office preferred
  • Familiarity with Medical Accounts Receivable systems preferred
