Junior Network Administrator (95929)

The Junior Network Administrator position in Bath is responsible maintaining a bank’s network, including the daily network administration tasks, securing various programs, and assisting departments with their software upgrades and related needs. This is a full time, temporary-to-hire position, with a Monday through Friday schedule, but will require every third or fourth rotating Saturday to support the institution. You will be required to monitor, configure, and repair servers, PCs, VDIs, and other office peripheral hardware. You will be asked to make recommendations for hardware/software upgrades to maintain peak efficiencies as well as monitor individual connections for errors. You will assist the CIO in design and budgeting, working with vendors, IS audits, and cyber security initiatives. What We Need From You:
Network Administration experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with VMware, Windows server configuration & management, Microsoft
Exchange, Cisco Routers & Switches, DNS/DHCP Management, and SQL.
Previous experience in the banking industry not necessary but is preferred.
Ability to remain motivated and communicate effectively and respectfully to your crew members
Ability to understand and follow procedures accurately.
Ability to communicate effectively with all members of the team.
Ability to organize tasks and resources for maximum efficiency.
