The Personal Lines Assistant position in Damariscotta is responsible for providing assistance to agents and managers to obtain, maintain, expand, and service personal insurance accounts. Demonstrate consistent exceptional customer service to all clients at all times. This is full time, first shift position and the schedule is Monday-Friday 8-4:30pm. You will be processing quotes for home/auto/recreational vehicles (quotes are handed off by agents), processing endorsements on company websites as directed by agents, researching and handling billing questions, make address changes, handle special requests from customers as delegated by manager, maintain knowledge of rates, forms, and coverage changes through internet, bulletins and circulars. Keep up to date on industry-wide changes through trade journals and internet. You will be following and adhering to the policies and procedures of the company, as outlined in the CCFG Associate Handbook and other procedural materials, as well performing other miscellaneous duties and attend company meetings and events as assigned by the Personal Lines and Claims Manager or other company managers.
