Job Summary:

20 +Customer Service Reps needs for 11/25 start date! The Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for responding to caller inquiries while providing top notch customer service. This position is an excellent entry level opportunity that involves interacting with shareholders, brokers, and dealers through an inbound call center. Daily work includes call center activity, transaction processing/data entry, customer correspondence, and quality assurance. NO SALES! Work schedule will vary between 8a-8p so the ideal candidates will be flexible to work both 1st and 2nd shifts, Monday-Friday. However, there are opportunities available for those looking for only 1st shift, only 2nd shift, and only part time hours (part time employees must be able to commit to 3 weeks of full time training 8a-5p).

What We Need From You:

-High School Diploma or equivalent.

-At least 1 year of previous customer service experience is preferred.

-Excellent communication skills - verbal & written.

-Computer proficiency, including keyboarding skills & the ability to navigate through multiple computer systems.

-High attention to detail.

-Availability to work an 8 hr shift between the hours of 8a-8p, Monday - Friday.
