Job Summary:

The Quality Technician in Sanford is responsible for working closely with the Production and Engineering Departments to ensure quality of all incoming materials and components, work in progress, and finished product. This is a full time, first shift, temp to hire opportunity. You will understand and execute all necessary requirements for ISO 9001. You will conducts quality checks on the production floor to insure that product, labels and documents are accurate. If you possess a minimum of eight years of QC experience in a manufacturing environment, this direct hire position may be the job for you!

What We Need From You:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience with Quality Management Systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be self-motivated
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational skills – able to plan and prioritize multiple tasks/projects
  • Detail oriented and strong communication skills
  • Excellent listening, interpretation and reasoning skills required
  • Be able to use precision measurement tools and extrapolate results effectively
