The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the CEO in facilitating day to day operations of the organization. Job duties will include planning and supporting all board meetings, managing travel arrangements and training, managing calendars, and other administrative duties. The Administrative Assistant must have a connection to work remotely. This is a full time, first shift position.
High School Graduate
1-2 Years of experience
Type at least 40 WPM
Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal means
Positive, self motivated individual
Experience with Non-Profit administrative support
Ability work remotely and independently
1st shift: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, M - F
Starting pay of $12.00 - $18.00/hr, commensurate with experience.
Health and prescription coverage (while on assignment through Bonney)
24/7 local servicing and support through your Bonney Staffing branch office
