The Customer Support Representative in Portland is responsible for the full life cycle of an order from initial customer contact, to service provisioning, testing and training the customer. This position will manage multiple orders throughout the installation process and will be engaged in supporting Tier 2 customers support questions.This is a full time, first shift position.
Bachelor's Degree (four year college or technical school) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2 years of experience/training in telecommunications or data communications service delivery
MUST HAVE familiarity with Local Area Networks (LANs) and/or VoIP products
Familiarity with Customer Call Center systems a real plus
Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
The ability and drive to deliver high quality results with a strong attention to detail
A meticulous eye for detail and a diligent work ethic
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and problem solving skills within a fast paced environment
Demonstrated project management skills across a wide range of disciplines with an emphasis on customer service
Must be proficient in MS Office and operate office equipment
1st shift: 8:00am-5:00pm, M - F
Starting pay of $15.00 - $18.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
