Front of house, seafood market. outside cook pits, cooks, kitchen prep/food handling
- experience in customer service is ideal but will train the right people! Working with customers, phone orders, cleaning, daily closing procedures and more. Need to be willing to learn about Maine seafood and positivity contribute to our great customer service and family business atmosphere!! Must be able to work long shifts, some lifting required of boxes and other items. Part time and full time positions available, must have reliable transportation and a team player attitude! Pay is based on experience and performance but is competitive! We are a seasonal business and work will be available from May-October. Flexible availability is appreciated.
- kitchen staff must be highly motivated, organized, able to multi-task, willing be creative and open to new ideas, prepare food neatly and in a timely manner. Understand and adhere to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards during food preparation, service and clean up. Maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills. We prefer you to have a background in restaurant or food service. Holding any certifications that would pertain to this position ex: HASSP or ServeSafe would also be a plus.
