College of the Atlantic seeks a full-time Lead Groundskeeper. Some key responsibilities of this position include overseeing and participating in the maintenance and improvement of existing lawns, forests, hardscapes, and pedestrian and vehicular circulation, ensuring that all campus grounds are clean and safe, and organizing and conducting campus wide snow and ice removal.
A high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of three years of related experience with some supervisory experience is preferred; familiarity with landscaping, hardscaping, gardening, grounds maintenance, and related equipment; understanding of and enthusiasm for College of the Atlantic’s mission and programs is preferred.
