College of the Atlantic seeks a full-time Summer Field Studies Director for the Events and Summer Programs department. This program has created a space for learning, discovery, and joyful exploration in the MDI community since 1984. This role will be responsible for overall program coordination, fostering a culture of trust, encouragement, and curiosity for all involved. Additionally, the position will work closely with the Administrative Dean/CFO to investigate the possibility of developing an after school care program for children attending local elementary schools. Bachelor’s degree is required, with preference for a degree in early childhood education as well as one year of experience in the field. Some budget and program managerial experience preferred.
