We are a small scratch diner located in Portland's East Deering neighborhood. We focus on using great local ingredients to create an elevated diner experience. As kitchen manager your responsibilities will include daily/weekly ordering, prep and maintenance of regular menu items as well as daily specials. We have a great team that will be looking to you for leadership, training and guidance in daily operations. Communication with the front of the house and management team regarding specials and any other operational issues is very important.
We would love to welcome you to our supportive management team. We offer a set schedule with two days off in a row, a very competitive salary with health benefits, paid time off and paid sick leave. We are open 7 days a week fro 8am-2pm, so no nights!
