Delivery Driver

Do you enjoy just getting in the truck & driving for the day?  A local manufacturing company is seeking a truck driver professional with a reputation of excellence and a flawless driving record to join our team.  This can either be a 40 hr full time position with two days of driving and two days of working within our facility in other positions that we'll train you for or it can just be a 20 hr part-time driving position (generally Tuesday's & Thursday's).  

This person will transport our finished product to our customers and return to our plant with raw materials issued by our customer.  Generally an 8-9 hour round trip.  

Requirements:

• Maine Class C License-no restrictions.
• Clean driving record (must pass our insurance verification check).
• Skills necessary in following a route to achieve strict delivery timeframes and maintain customer service satisfation.
• Time & safety management.
• Follow DOT regulations with occasional DOT truck stop inspections.
• Will need to pass a DOT physical.
• Ability to load & unload parts & raw materials via rolling cart & pallet jack.
• Must be able to handle tasks involving frequent lifting, bending, twisting, squatting, walking, sitting and standing.

Company paid Health, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance for 40 hour position.  11 paid holidays & weekly accrued paid time off.
