In this position, you will assist individual adults in their homes and surrounding communities to work on developing daily living skills, apply various symptom management techniques, as well as implement various approaches to become more independent and self-sufficient and work towards their goal of wellness and independence. DLS staff receive recurring clinical supervision and training revolving around best practices, ethics, harm reduction, diversity awareness, trauma-informed care, person-centered approaches, and documentation skill development.
Hourly pay ranges between $21.50 to $23.50 per billable hour
Full-Time hours available (minimum of 32 billable hours per week)
Part-Time hours available (minimum of 15 billable hours per week)

TRAINING & SUPERVISION
We provide monthly clinical supervision that meets state and licensing requirements
Assist DLS staff in developing an individual pathway to attain MHRT-C (for screened and eligible candidates)
The Program Coordinator and other agency personnel are always readily available for ongoing support
Paid classes: MHSS, behavioral interventions class, & CPR/First Aid to obtain and maintain your MHRT-1 Certification
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Must have or be eligible to apply for MHRT-1/P or MHRT-1 Certification
