QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Maine licensure, licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Candidates must be self-motivated
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent time management
- Ability to work independently
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Assist in the production of new accounts and the retention of existing accounts, inclusive of preparing applications to market new and renewal business
- Addressing all service and billing requests with clients, underwriters, or brokers
- Complete account reviews on existing clients to determine if additional insurance should be solicited
- Actively solicit additional coverage opportunities through rounding existing accounts
- Provide prompt, efficient and high quality service in support of the team Producers
