Qualification Requirements:
- Maine licensure, licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance
- Proven experience in insurance sales and management roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in insurance software and office applications
Preferred Skills:
- Candidates must be self-motivated
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent time management
- Ability to work independently
Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
Operations/Service
- Develop and monitor effective workflow, policies and procedures
- Monitor agency performance, growth and productivity
- Address customer concerns to ensure quality customer service
- Ensure compliance with all insurance industry regulations and company policies
Sales and Business Development (growth)
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve branch sales goals and revenue targets
- Identify additional opportunities to protect the customer's investments and minimize their risk
- Prospect and acquire new clients through various marketing and networking efforts.
Marketing
- Work with marketing department to promote agency
- Build relationships within the community to promote agency growth and company values
