Marden Dubord Bernier & Stevens is looking for a Receptionist/Secretary with great interpersonal skills, phone etiquette and organization.
We are looking for someone who has the skill to fill a wide range of functions from the front desk management of our law firm to light secretarial legal work: including cover letters, LLC and other Maine Legal portals, scan and file in Docuphase, control attorney calendars, manage daily mail, take payments from clients, and assist attorneys in light secretarial duties that they may require. The perfect candidate must have knowledge of Xerox copiers, Windows 360, Excel and phone systems. Some knowledge of TABS would be helpful. You will be expected to meet clients in person and direct them to their attorney as well as direct calls on a multi-line system. Good writing and communication skills is a must.
