Job description- Administrative Assistant to Project Management Team
Strong preference for candidates that have experience in construction/mechanical industry and have supported project managers. Excellent communication skills written and oral are required for this busy mechanical contractor with headquarters located in central Maine. You will assist project managers with project coordination, GC communication, technical project documentation, purchasing, delivery coordination, vendor/subcontractor management along with Purchase Order and submittal work.
Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented imperative for a successful candidate. Ability to interact and communicate in a team environment. Requires strong organizational and documentation skills. Requires strong computer skills- ability to work with Microsoft word, excel as well as Blue Beam. Ability to work OT is needed at times.
Associate's degree in administration/project management or related discipline preferred.
