We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and a passion for helping children and families. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting diagnostic evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based behavioral therapy interventions. Your expertise will play a crucial role in improving the quality of life for our clients.
Job description
BEHAVIOR CONSULTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:
- In-person and remote supervision
- Work with client’s, ages 24 months-21 years, in their home, community, and/or schools
- Supervise a client’s behavior plan implementation
- Supervise intensive ABA teaching strategies
- Supervise community-based instruction
- Supervise functional life skills training, & vocational training.
- Conduct functional assessments, skills assessments
- Create programs based on the assessment findings to ensure maximum progress of clients
- Problem solve when clients are not making maximum progress and train staff on new ABA procedures
- Collaborate and consult with parents
- Provide supportive feedback to staff to ensure they continue growing
- Demonstrate great attendance, communication, and professionalism
- Demonstrate high levels of ethical decision-making and confidentiality according to the HIPAA requirements

REQUIREMENTS OF A BEHAVIOR CONSULTANT :
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- A Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Child Development or a related field of study is a requirement
- At least 1-year experience supervising home-based programs
- The ability to train, support, and mentor Behavior Technicians in how to implement ABA programs and motivate a child a MUST
- Must possess the ability to conduct functional behavior assessments and summarize data to complete a progress report for a funding source a MUST
- Great attendance, punctuality, and consistency a MUST
- Great communication skills a MUST
- Must be capable of manual labor including but not limited to; Exerting up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. of force frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. of force constantly, pushing, kneeling, bending, balancing, crawling, crouching, finger dexterity, climbing and reaching.

- The hourly wages or salary will be determined depending on experience, credentials, and availability.
