Audience Services Manager (Year Round)

Summary
The Audience Services Manager is a key member of the Theatre’s leadership team, responsible
for the strategic and day-to-day oversight of front-of-house operations, including box office,
concessions, and patron engagement. This position plays a vital role in advancing the
organization’s mission by ensuring a welcoming, inclusive, and high-quality experience for all
audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Front-of-House Leadership & Staff/Volunteer Supervision
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate front-of-house and concessions staff
• Foster a collaborative, respectful, and mission-driven work environment
• Develop and maintain staff/volunteer schedules to ensure coverage
Patron Services & Box Office Operations
• Oversee ticketing and box office
• Serve as a primary point of contact for patron inquiries and concerns
Concessions & Inventory Management
• Direct all concessions and bar operations, including procurement, inventory control, and
vendor relationships
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and best practices
• Oversee ordering of concessions, bar supplies, and custodial materials
Qualifications:
Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably in a nonprofit, arts, or hospitality setting
Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Commitment to providing inclusive, high-quality patron experiences
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by performance schedules
Full Time, Year-Round, Guarantee of 30 hours per week
$24/hour, with overtime eligibility for hours worked beyond 40 per week
